How do I reserve a vehicle?
Submit your trip through our online booking request form, or call or text 208-351-4894. Include your date, pickup time, pickup and destination, passenger count and preferred vehicle. We will confirm availability and the booking details with you.
Does an online request confirm my reservation?
No. A request starts the conversation. Your vehicle, final quote and reservation terms must be confirmed by Black Night Limo.
What is included in the estimate?
The event calculator shows the hourly rental, 15% gratuity and the selected destination fee. Special routing, additional time or other requested services may change the final quote. Airport transfers receive a route-specific quote.
Which vehicle fits my group?
Tell us how many adults and children are traveling and how much luggage you have. Published capacities are a guide; luggage and child seats can affect vehicle selection. Ask about child-seat arrangements when requesting your trip.
Can I schedule an early airport pickup?
Yes, request your desired pickup time and flight information in advance. Early or late trips are subject to availability and booking confirmation.
What are the cancellation and deposit terms?
Ask for the terms that apply to your trip before confirming. Your booking agreement governs deposits, cancellations, changes and any additional charges.
